Late bookings and changes
- Bookings made after 30 August will incur a 10% late booking penalty.
- All changes will be subject to a R125.00 fee per change.
Payment due before event
- Payment is due immediately but no later than within 30 days.
- Immediate payment is required for bookings made after 30 August.
- All bookings will be provisional until payment is received.
- Unpaid bookings will automatically be released but are subject to cancellation penalties if applicable.
Expo stand Cancellations:
- Save with the prior written approval of the Organiser, the Client shall not be entitled to cancel its application for a license to use Stand Space.
- If any such cancellation is approved by the Organiser at its sole discretion, the Client shall forthwith pay to the Client the following cancellation fee:
- a sum equivalent to 40% of the total Charges for package if a request of cancellation is received by the Organiser on or more than 4 months prior to the event date; and
- a sum equivalent to the entirely of the total Charges for package if a request of cancellation is received by the Organiser less than 4 months prior to the event date.
Delegate Cancellations:
- Payment is due upon signing of this booking form, thereafter a 50% cancellation fee applies.
- Cancellations will only be accepted in writing and will hold a 100% cancellation fee if it is cancelled within 30 days of the event.
- If payment has been received in full you are welcome to substitute delegates provided it is 7 days before the event.
